Refund policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the product was delivered.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day period may be reviewed solely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any late return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

You must wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping any item to one of our shipping or return locations.
Returns sent without prior written approval and authorization will not be accepted.
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
If your return request is approved and the returned product meets the return conditions, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method according to this policy.
If you would like a different product, a new order must be placed separately after the return process is completed.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally prepared within 2 business days before shipment. Products may be shipped from our Israel office, our USA office, or directly from international suppliers depending on the specific product ordered.
International shipping times may vary and can take between 7 and 30 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
