Tracking Information

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the date the product was delivered.

Customers must contact us and wait for written approval and return instructions before sending any item back to one of our shipping or return locations.

Products sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We do not offer product exchanges. Approved returns that meet our policy conditions may qualify for a full refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
